- NA Demolition of Structures, East Grand Forks, Minnesota Firm Fixed Price contract for Demolition of Structures in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Principle work is for the demolition of structures that are in the path of levee construction. Structures are residential homes, garages, apartments, businesses, city utility buildings and other structures as needed. Demolition includes complete removal of structures, basement walls, basement slabs, and grand slabs, walkways, driveways, aprons, patios, decks backfill and compaction, disconnection/capping/removal of uti lities (sewer and water), fences, and other items within the work limits. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 235940 with a small-business size standard $12,000,000. The total dollar value magnitude of this contract is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation is a 100% HUBZone Set-aside.
