- NA Fabricate and deliver 912 stainless steel (17-4PH, Condition A) tractor gate rollers and 1824 links for Ozark and Dardanelle Powerhouses, delivered to Dardanelle Marine Terminal, Russellville, AR 72802. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Solicitation will be posted on the Little Rock Contracting Division website at https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil on the issue date. Vendors are requested to register a t the same website. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government?s best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, incl uding amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be available on or about March 13, 2002. Bids will be due on or about March 27, 2002.
