- Walk In Industrial Oven type 2 ea. Please quote per Salient Characteristics. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FE20672080152 Warner Robins Air Logistic Center, Robins Air force Base, GA. This requirement is for the purchase of the following item: Walk-In Industrial Oven. Quantity 2 each. Delivery will be made to SBSS Operations Bldg 351 SE COR FE2067, 775 Peacekeeper Way, Robins AFB GA 31098-0000 within 30 days after receipt of order. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular 2001-04. This is a Small Business Set Aside 100 percent. NAICS is 333994 and small business size is 500. Assets shall be delivered FOB destination. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-04 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors and Conformance to Specification. Oral Procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569. The response date is 13 March 2002. The anticipated award will be shortly afterwards. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to receive a Government award.
