- Description
- The South Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229-4404, IAW FAR 6.302-1, intends to negotiate sole source with MUMPS AudioFax for a full service contract on the Audiofax/AudioCARE system. This system uses proprietary hardware/software. Maintenance, upgrades, and licenses can only be adequately performed by this contractor. Period of performance is April1, 2002 thru March 31, 2003, plus four option years. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation/request for offerors. No solicitation package is available. The determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. NAICS code 541513, size standard $21M. Reponses must be received no later than March 25, 2002, 4:30 PM CST. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
