Description
The contractor shall provide Pharmaceutical benefits management products and services to VA beneficiaries seen at the Department of Veterans Affairs CBOCs located in Macon and/or Albany, Georgia, in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions of the solicitation. The offeror will be expected to sub-contract for any required service, that it does not provide at no additional cost to the Government. It is the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis. Offerors may submit a proposal on any one or any combination of locations. An offeror submitting a proposal for all locations may not necessarily receive an award for all those locations. Multiple contracts may be made from this solicitation. The contract includes a Base Year (one year from date of award) plus four (4) one-year renewal options that may be exercised by the Government. The total duration of the contract(s) will not exceed 5 years. This solicitation is issued as a commerical item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0182-02 is advertised as 100% set-aside for small business with NAICS Code 446110 with the size standard of $6.0 million. The solicitation will be issued o/a 3/8/02. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. No telephone request will be honored. It is strongly recommended that you complete the solicitation mailing list available on the web site. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
