- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) srvices for male offenders in the Paducah, Kentucky area. Location of the facilitiy shall be within the boundaries of McCracken County. Residential CCC services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, Community Corrections Center (CCC), dated November 2001. A firm-fixed price requirements type contract is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for CCC services are 5,110 inmate days for the two-year base period, and 2,555 inmate days for Option Years One, Two, and Three. The solicitation will be available on or about May 6, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of the solicitation is July 6, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considred by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests for solicitations will be accepted.
