- The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number Q2C5ANC0014 for an indefinite quantity contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), construction inspections of new or substantial rehabilitated multifamily projects, non-insured projects under the Sections 202/811 (Elderly/Handicap) for the following geographic area: State of Indiana. The proposed Purchase Order is for a two-year period or until the amount of $37,000 has been reached whichever occurs first. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 54131, and the size standard is $4 Million average annual sales for the last three years (See Numbered Note 1). Solicitation package will be available on or about 15 days and quotations will be due on or about 45 days from the date this notice is issued.
