- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 200 Fourth St. SW, Huron, SD 57350 or submitted electronically to DOE's E-Center at http://e-center.doc.gov/. Copies of applicable drawings must be requested in writing with requests either faxed to 605/353-9213 or e-mailed to kostel@wapa.gov. The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for wood poles of various sizes for locations in South Dakota, North Dakota and Iowa. The solicitation is 100% small business set-a-side.
