Description

The Government intends to issue to Factiva, a Dow Jones & Reuters Company, a sole source purchase order for the renewal of Dow Vision Service via NewsEdge Interactive Publishing for Dow Vision Basic Service news tool. DJ&R offers a unique combination of sources and features that the Office of Communication needs which no other online provider offers. The services will give the Office of Communications access to "real time" news wire services and "pre-publication" periodicals. No solicitation exist. Only written responses will be acceptable and must include technical and cost information. All responses must be received by 4:00 p.m. March 20, 2002.
