- NSN 2540-01-436-4175. Seat, Vehicular. Quantity 1652 each. this solicitation is an RFP. This solicitation also contains a 25% quantity option. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: AM General Corp. (34623) and Isringhausen Inc. (62226). Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 03/25/02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
