- NSN 4810-01-250-5141, Actuator, Electro-Mechanical, 440 VAC, 3 Phase, in accordance with Easton Aerospace LLC (52906) P/N D1059-3; 20 each for delivery to W25GIU, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, in 210 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 25 MAR 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Eaton Aerospace LLC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
