- Description
- The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Mozambique is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain the services of a contractor tH_/o increase the availability and the use of evidence-based analyses for the sector policy-making and improve the availability of management information in the short-term, plan an integrated management information system and enhance utilization of management information in resource allocation with in the Ministry of Health in Mozambique. The activity is scheduled to begin on/about July 2002 and end in July 2004.The deadline for receipt of proposals will be April 15, 2002, approximately 45 days after the date of issue of the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration by USAID/Mozambique. Receipt of this RFP through INTERNET must be confirmed by written notification to the contact person noted below. It is the responsibility of the offeror of this solicitation document to ensure that it has been received from INTERNET in its entirety and USAID bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes. Interested offerors may also request a copy of the RFP by submitting a written request along with three (3) self-addressed, self-sticking mailing labels. Telephone requests will not be honored and Walk-In requests only if accompanied by a written request. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2.
