- NUWC Division is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Elma Electronics for seven (7) each VME 12 slot chassis, part number 12V-0920-RV12V320X-P500. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0095 and is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 27. The following provisions applies to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.2-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? commercial items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditi ons ? Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. Responses shall be due no later than 1600 hours PT on 18 March 2002.
