- The work to be performed consists of (1) furnishing and installing an asphalt access roadway to the Hughes Stadium Site from County Road 42C, complete with ditch and culvert at the County Road, a steel gate and two streetlights; (2) furnishing and installing complete Parking Site 1, to include herbicide application, compacted gravel surfacing, one streetlight at each of the two entrances and two area lights in the parking lot; (3) furnishing and installing complete Parking Site 2, to include grading, herbicide application, access road construction, compacted gravel surfacing, one entrance streetlight and one parking area light; (4) furnishing and installing asphalt to widen the entry road from Overland Trail; and (5) spreading topsoil and reseeding disturbed areas. The performance period for this work is 90 days. The price range for this contract is $100,000 - $250,000. The work is situated at the west edge of Fr. Collins, Colorado in Larimer County. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for May 9, 2002 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 per set. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed without charge at the Great Plains Regional Office, at the address listed above. All reasonable sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification code for this acquisition is 1611, the North American Industrial Classification code is 23411 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 Million.
