Description: 1. This is NOT a Notice of solicitation issuance. It is a request for information for renewal of the contract for maintaining the Base Telecommunication Plant (BTP), CATV, LAN, Fiber Optics and other communication equipment at Misawa AB, Japan. 2. The purpose of this RFI is to promote early exchange of information, clarification, and ideas regarding the draft Statement of Work (SOW) with potential future offerors, and determine if SOW is commercially sufficient. 3. We are requesting to review the attached SOW, and provide us your comment, question, and advice. Please respond in English no later than 15 Mar 02 (JST). 4. Your response for this RFI is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor for the Government to pay for the information received.
