- Description
- Purpose: This is a pre-solicitation notice for a total small business set-aside. The objective of this effort is to provide assistance to the Federal Highway Administration, Office of Real Estate Services for Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act examinations, support of research, development, evaluation and presentation activities. The scope of work involves right of way and real estate analysis, legislation and policy analysis, training, conference and facilitation support and right of way/real estate administrative and support services. Under this contract, the contractor will, on a task order basis, perform activities under the scope of work listed above. The solicitation and all related documents will be posted under RFP Number DTFH61-02-R-00027. NO WRITTEN, TELEPHONIC, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAIL REQUESTS will be honored, however, interested parties can register at www.eps.gov to receive procurement announcements by e-mail. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any solicitation amendments. The ESTIMATED release date of the RFP is April 3, 2002. The resulting contract will be an IDIQ contract for a base year plus four option years. Multiple awards are anticipated. The incumbent contractors under the previous IDIQ were A/E Group, Inc, AREA/Mandelker Joint Venture, Jack Faucett Associates, Project Management Institute, Quality Environmental Professionals, Terra Companies, and ZZapata Engineering. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541611. This notice is amended to change the requirement from full and open competition to a total small business set-aside and revise the scope of work.
