- Change the following sentences concerning the number of firms that may be prequalified from as it reads in the original FEDBIZOPPS announcement to read as indicated below. A. The CHANGED FROM sentence appears after the capitalized words: THE CONTRACT TYPE WILL BE A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. (Approximately text line 32) FROM: Resulting from the evaluations of submittals for Phase One, a total of three (3) to (5) firms will be pre-qualified to continue to Phase Two to submit proposals for each of the NOB projects. TO: It is anticipated that three (3) to five (5) contractors will be pre-qualified for continuance into Phase II, however, the Government reserves the right to pre-qualify more than five (5) contractors per project. B. The CHANGED FROM Sentence appears after the capitalized words: THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR PHASE ONE ONLY. (Approximately text line 112) FROM: Based on scoring and evaluations of proposals received under this Phase One solicitation, the government will select the three (3) to five (5) most qualified firms to participate in Phase Two. TO: Based on scoring and evaluations of proposals received under this Phase One solicitation, the government anticipates selecting the three (3) to five(5) most qualified firms to participate in Phase Two, however, the Government reserves the right to pre-qualify more than five (5) contractors per project.
