- Indian Health Serivce, Phoenix Area, seeking inividual to perform under a non-personal services contract as a Community Water Fluoridation Coordinator. The contractor shall be responsible for the coordination of appropriate activities related to Community Water Fluoridation. Travel required. For informational purposes the estimated price range for this job is between 25,000 and $50,000.
