- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Technical Research Associates, on other than full and open competitive basis, an award to develop a plan for the integration of N-FINDR algorithm components with ORASIS into a generalized hyperspectral un-mixing tool for parallel computing. This will be applicable to a wide variety of hyperspectral data and applications including: terrain classification, target detection, gas detection, and coastal mapping. Sole source is based on software being proprietary to Technical Research Associates. See note(s) 22.
