- Description
- NA Qualified small business sources are currently being sought for the Naval Base Ventura County, Pt. Mugu, CA Air Operations competitive OMB Circular A-76 study now in progress. This acquisition will be conducted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 488119, which establishes a small business size standard of $5M. The proposed acquisition may be competed as a Small Business Set-Aside based upon the number of responses from small business concerns and identification of their technical capabilities. Small Business firms shall complete and provide the Technical Capability Information Sheet. All information requested shall be provided. The contract information provided under the past performance section shall only include those contracts that are similar to the effort identified in the attached draft performance work statement. Potential providers will be re quired to perform the following functions. 1. Transient Line and Tenant Aircraft Services, supporting approximately 2,675 launches annually, including fueling and fluid servicing, parking, choking, pin installation "follow-me" service, aircraft towing and pre-flight inspections. 2. Air Terminal Service and Administration, moving approximately 4,000,000 pounds of cargo and 1,000,000 pounds of baggage annually and processing approximately 23,000 departing passengers. 3. Inspect and maintain airfield facilities and repair airfield and ancillary equipment, including Flight Line Optical Landing System, Arresting Gear, and FOD removal. 4. Air Operations Administrative Support, including financial, budget and procurement support, timekeeping, property management, safety compliance and coordination, and general clerical support for the Air Operations Department.
