- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the services described below. It is intended to establish a Concession Agreement whereby the Concessionaire will provide food services for the Naval base in Mechanicsburg, PA. The services include both cafeteria and vending machine operations. The period of performance includes a base period of one year and four one-year options. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722310. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The solicitation may require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The solicitation will be available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil or by written request by letter or telefax (215-697-9738) to FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia Code 02P521.
