- Description
- Provide A/E Services to Upgrade HVAC Controls & AHU work at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. Project will provide a full evaluation of existing two loop chilled water system and install controls and freeze protection on all air handling units in patient care areas. Work includes replacement of five air handling units in Building 1. Project includes site investigation, preparation of specifications, drawings and cost estimates, construction period services and IH services if necessary. Design submission will be 25%, 75% and 100%. Estimated construction between $250,000 and $500,000. The area of consideration for this acquisition is restricted to firms located within a 150 mile radius of the VAMC, Clarksburg, WV. Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF 254 and 255 to this office by COB April 1, 2002. NAICS code is 541330. This is not a request for proposals. This procurement is reserved for emerging small businesses. See Numbered Note 24.
