- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, and other items required to construct a 30' x 60' prefabricated metal building and install a 25' x 25' x 8' walk-in commercial cooler at the USDA-NRCS Golden Meadow PMC, Galliano, Louisiana. Construction activities include site work, concrete work, plumbing, and electrical work. Performance period is 60 calendar days from issuance of a notice to proceed. A site showing is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., March 27, 2002. Please contact the contracting officer or POC on the RFQ for details on the site showing. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
