- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Electronic Business Program Office requests proposals to award a single award three (3) year performance period Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), under GSA for continuing development of the Defense Electronic Business Exchange (DEBX) to support the Department of Defense Electronic Business Program Office, formerly the Joint Electronic Commerce Program Office (JECPO). The purpose of this procurement is to establish a decentralized contractual ordering vehicle to obtain Electronic Commerce/Electronic Data interchange (EC/EDI) Infrastructure Support for DOD users. The scope of this effort was provided in the pre-solicitation notice dated June 26, 2001. No RFP or amendments to the RFP will be mailed out, it is the Offerors responsibility to continuously check the FEDBIZOPPS website for amendments. Electronic submission of proposal via email is not acceptable. All questions and answers regarding this RFP or the Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted electronically on the Government's website: https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/Public/ASP/requirements.asp, located under Contracting Opportunities, referenced by solicitation number DCA100-01-R-4028. Questions shall be submitted via email to Mary Yocum at yocumm@ncr.disa.mil, not later March 18, 2002. Proposals shall be submitted on or before April 3, 2002, 3:00 P.M., EST.
