- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a sole source contract to Engineering Mangement Concepts, Inc. (EMC) for essential facilities, equipment and personnel resources necessary for the immediate co-location of MDA financial and related administrative resources. The MDA intends to provide facilities requisite to integrate existing contracted services by providing a central facility and integration services during the Agency's restructuring activities, pending final relocation of the Agency's resources beginning December 2004. The period of performance of this contract will consist of a three-year base period with two one-year options, with an approximate value not to exceed $12 million.
