- Catering service for use by Navy Personnel in Port Townsend, WA. The period of performance is from 15 March 2002 through 14 March 2003. The estimated number of personnel is 30 full time residents. Catering service will consist of lunch, dinner and night meals. This will be a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type Contract. This procurement is a 100%small business set aside. Offers from small business only will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by FISC Puget Sound. When issued, the RFQ will be posted at NECO on or about March 4, 2002 with offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from the NECO website www.neco.navy.mil (winZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. Telephone request will be accepted. A fax to (360) 476-1947 or an email to susanne_broadus@puget.fisc.navy.mil will be accepted if you are unable to download the RFQ. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection.
