- Description
- This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Indigo Systems Corporation, on an other than full and open competitive basis for one Indigo Phoenix Camera with Real Time Imaging Electronics (RTE). This requirement supports the Atlantic Test Range, Patuxent River, MD. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for the procurement of this camera. The contractor will provide the Phoenix camera with sensor size (320X256), external sync inputs (Genlock via BNC or TTL), maximum frame rate, the integration time and type, lens mounting, exposure mode, all in a ruggedized and environmentally protected configuration. This requirement is being procured under statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Responses to this notice must be made within fifteen (15) days after this notice is posted electronically, and should include company name, point of contact, address, area code and telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and company literature. Consideration of the responses is solely within the discretion of the Government, generally for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
