- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-01-G-0138 with Rolls Royce Plc., P.O. Box 3, Filton, Bristol, BS12 7QE England, for the procurement of 25 Enhanced Variable Inlet Guide Vane Control System (EVICS) kits for the AV-8B Pegasus engine (F402-RR-408A), which is in accordance with Engineering Change Proposal 3759R3.
