- NA Due to the technical problems encountered with the posting of the solicitation, an amendment has been issued that changes the date of the pre-proposal site inspection and proposal due date. It also includes parts of the solicitation that were not picked u p with the transmission of the solicitation. Offerors are directed to the ASFI website www.acquisition.army.mil to download the solicitation and amendment. At that website, click on Info for Viewing Solicitations which will provide assistance. Portion s of the solicitation will not be available electronically, therefore, potential offerors will need to contact the Contract Specialist for this project to obtain those documents.
