- The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC proposes to modify Purchase Order DTCG38-02-P-100116 to increase the quantity of Line Item 1, TANKS AUX FUEL FEED, P/N FCR61723, from 5 each to 11 each. American Fuel Cell Co. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The purchase order is a firm fixed-price order and American Fuel Cell Co. is the sole design authority and holds the proprietary rights to the drawings, specifications and data rights.
