- Description
- This modification is being done to change the reqeusted FOB point from Destination to Origin. In addition, the synopsis shall refer to Numbered Note 22 and should state that it is anticipated that the award will be made against an existing basic ordering agreement. If it is determined by the responses to the notice of proposed sole source contract action that more than one source can meet the Government's needs, the buyer shall solicit offers using competitive proposals.
