Policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, are applicable. Other than full and open competition, unrestricted basis. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery schedule is 180 days ARO. The solicitation issue date is on or about 2002 MAR 21.
