- DESC: NSN 3040-01-452-3905, Hub, Wheel Used on M9ACE . IAW with drawing NR 19207 12412199. Request for drawings should include the RFP number, closing date, buyer name and number. Drawings are available at the web site listed below. Do not call buyer for copies of the solicitation or drawings, this will be obtained off the web. Qty 31 each to be delivered to Texarkana,TX, 20 to be delivered to Anniston, Al . The required delivery schedule is 60 days(150 with the First Article Test (FAT) requirement after date of award. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 15 March 2002 (issue date) from http://dibbs.dscccols.com A written quote is required. This is an unrestricted procurement. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See numbered note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance as described in this solicitation.
