Description

National Imagery & Mapping Agency intends to award a sole-source procurement to Science Application Int'l Corp.(SAIC)., McLane, VA for 100 copies of MITools MINR Licenses software and licenses. Authority for sol source procurement is 10 USC2304(c )(1)and FAR 6.301-1. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial service/supplies pursuant to FAR Part 12.as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This is a synopsis of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with SAIC. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities. Offers are to be completed and delivered to the address listed above by 15 March 2002
