- NA The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, and labor to provide Family Readiness and Support Services for the Wisconsin Air National Guard at Truax Field, Madison, WI. This task will support the 115th Fighter Wing's (FW) ever increasing need for a viable and sustainable Family Readiness and Support program as the Air National Guard becomes more of a total force partner. The 115th FW believes it is extremely important to focus extensively on family readiness and support efforts that directly i mpact military recruiting, retention, and readiness capabilities. This initiative will increase and enhance support to the unit family readiness and support program in maintaining a sense of community at our unit and by achieving standards to promote perso nal readiness, economic viability, and overall satisfaction with life in the Air National Guard by members and their families. Solicitation will be available 15 March 2002. Solicitation will only be delivered in electronic format, no paper solicitation w ill be issued.
