- SOLICITATION IS BEING CANCELLED DUE TO FAILURE TO OBTAIN SBA APPROVAL FOR 8A COMPETITIVE UNDER THRESHOLD. AWARD WILL BE MADE THROUGH THE SBA IN THE SAN BERNARDINO AREA. EXCEPTION: This requirement is a 100% 8a set-aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice.
