General Services Administration is currently conducting market research in an effort to locate local POPs (Points of Presence) to provide internet services via local dial up numbers for the Joint Recruiting Management System (JRMS) for the cities listed below. Packages should address the following subject areas: Pricing, Usage policies, System and Network security, Email policies, Technical Support, Termination, Billing Information and other general applicable terms and conditions.
