- Description
- The Patuxent River NAWC AD has a requirement to procure 1 ea, p/n 4100, 1 " cavity blackbody; 1 ea, motorized filter wheel; 1 ea, p/n 4006, 6" blackbody; 1 ea, RS-232 interface. The following specifications apply to these parts: min requirements for 1" cavity blackbody: temperature range: 50 to 1000 degrees C; exit aperture: 1 "; filter wheel: 8 position motorized; center of exit aperture is no more than 5" from base of the blackbody head; set point resolution: 0.1 deg. C; display resolution: 0.1 deg C.; stability: +/- 0.1 degrees C short term, +/- 0.5 degrees C long term; emissivity greater than .99; cable length: 10'; line voltage: 120v 50/600 degrees Hz. Minimum requirements for 6" square blackbody: temperature range: 50 to 600 degrees C; exit size: 6" x 6"; set point resolution: 0.1 degrees C; display resolution: 0.1 degrees C; stability: +/- 0.05 degrees short term, +/- 0.5 degrees long term; emissivity: .93 +/- .03; cable length: 10'; line voltage: 120 v 50/60 Hz. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract is set aside for small business concerns.
