- Description
- Provide A-E design and services (site investigations, prepare contract drawings & specifications, conduct construction period services & site visits)to Correct Mechanical Deficiencies at the Grand Island Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System. This is an unrestrictive procurement pursuant to FAR Part 19.1007. This is NOT a request for proposal. Firms requesting consideration must submit SF 254's and SF 255's to the POC indicated above located at the Lincoln Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, 600 South 70th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510. Firms must be located within a 500 mile radius of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be considered. Estimated construction cost: $500,000 to $1,000,000. NAICS 541330. Note #24 applies.
