Description
Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 65, Part II, Section A, Medical Equipment and Supplies, F.O.B. Destination 48 States and the District of Columbia, with a minimum of point of exportation to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Fixed-price Indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contracts with Economic Price Adjustment provision. Economic price adjustments will be allowed in conjunction with the contractor's commercial practices. Multiple Awards. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)Codes 322291, 333314, 339111, 339112, 339113, 334510 & 421450 apply with applicable Small Business Size Standard of 500. This solicitation will be a "standing" solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on an open-and-continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. New offers may be submitted at any time. The Federal Supply Schedule will no longer have a prescribed beginning and ending date. The schedule period will be continuous and consist of variable performance periods for individual contracts. Performance will commence the effective date of award (DOA) and expire five years from that date, unless cancelled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract. All contracts will include the Industrial Funding Fee requirement.
