PR#: YPG02018001049, NSN 6680-01-048-2998, Indicator, Fuel, Emergency Power Unit. Subject item has three approved sources, Aerosonic Corp., Cage 98810, P/N 78010-11175, Ametek Instruments Inc., Cage 61349, P/N 521993 and Phaostron Instruments, Cage 77221, P/N 1523-20583-2. RFP#: SP0440-02-R-2212. Contracting Officer: Glenice L. Daniel-Chambers/804-279-3158. Issue Date: March 26, 2002, Closing Date: April 25, 2002. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 128 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 400 each. The estimated annual demand for the option years is 144 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See Note 1.
