- NSN: 4720-00-594-5014,4030-01-179-1984,4710-01-254-0452,4720-00-631-5727,4730-01-271-7009; Hose Assy, Hook, Tube Asy, Hose Assy, Coupling Assy; Northstar Inc (0XK38), Sargent Fletcher Inc. (72429); The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with DVD Direct Vendor Delivery including FMS for priorites 1-15, Conus and Oconus. Priorities 1 thru 3 carry required delivery of 2 days and priorities 4 thru 15 carry a required delivery of 5 days in accordance with UMMIPS. See note 26. Copies of this solicitation are available at the office address above or by faxing 614-692-2262 and will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total number of extensions shall not exceed five. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, ther government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). While delivery may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
