Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number (if applicable): 51913 P/N 202404-2; 51913 P/N 202260-2; 51913 P/N 202036-2. Quantity (including option quantity): Annual Demand Quantity 180 ea; 28 ea; 40 ea. Material/Supplies will be shipped to two separate zones respectively. Destination Inspection: Supplies & Packaging. Refer to CLAUSE F18 in the Basic Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 2002 MAR 14 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
