- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA The United States Government seeks to lease 22,762 rentable sq. ft. of office and related space in Indianapolis, Indiana within the Indianapolis Central Business District (CBD). After a Government site survey, the desired area may be made smaller and the requirements may be changed, depending on the mission of the Government agency to be housed. Usable office space must be between 19,810 to 20,000 sq. ft. On-site parking is required for 80 vehicles. Existing and build-to-suit buildings that meet Government requirements will be considered. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy no later than November 30, 2002. The space should be fully serviced, including utilities. The General Services Administration does not utilized tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence showing authorization to represent the ownership. If you can meet these requirements, please submit identifying information such as address, map location, pictures, elevations, site plan, etc. and proof that the location is within the specified boundaries.
