- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE MARION, INDIANA The United States Government seeks to lease 6,886 sq. ft. of office and related space in Marion, Indiana within the Marion city limits. After a Government site survey, the desired area may be made smaller and the requirements may be changed, depending on the mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. Usable office space must be between 5,971 to 6,568 sq. ft. On-site parking is required for 36 vehicles. Existing and build-to-suit buildings that meet Government requirements will be considered. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm, with occupancy no later than February 2003. The space should be fully serviced, including utilities. The General Services Administration does not utilized tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence showing authorization to represent the ownership. If you can meet these requirements, please submit identifying information such as address, map location, pictures, elevations, site plan, etc. and proof that the location is within the specified boundaries.
