Description
CBD Notice posted on February 8, 2002 is hereby amended to reflect the following changes. Provide all necessary labor, material, supervision and equipment for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities throughout the National Capital Region. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Construction Task Order Contract under which the Government will issue task orders to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from $2,000.00 to $30,000,000.00. The Government anticipates making multiple awards to a maximum of five (5) contractors. Services shall be provided for a period of five (5) years. The minimum ordering limitation shall be $2,000, and the maximum ordering limitation shall be $30,000,000. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000 will be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. Offerors will be evaluated using source selection procedures based upon lowest price technically acceptable method as outlined in the solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses only. Women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid and so state that they are women-owned. The NAIC for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. There will be no public opening of offers. The RFP will be available for issuance on March 7, 2002; and will be due on April 8, 2002. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
