- GSA, FSS is requesting quotes for NSN 5130 00 889 9004, Electric Portable Drill, quantity 49 with delivery to GSA Warehouse in Burlington NJ. The full description of the NSN is listed on the attachment to this announcement. (If you can not open the attachment please contact our office and we will provide the full description by fax or email) This NSN is part of the GSA Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB destination with delivery in 30 days or less. In addition to the clauses that accompany all purchase orders issued from GSA, the following clauses apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction - Hand or Measuring Tools (which states all items must be domestic made), D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, and 552.246-70 Source Inspection.
