- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis to Knocienz Consulting of San Diego. A five year, firm fixed price Time & Materials delivery order type contract in accordance with FAR Part 15 for developing, integrating and testing software models that represent the Maritime components of the Joint Simulation System (JSIMS) is contemplated. This work requires an in-depth understanding and compliance with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for the entire software life-cycle process. The solicitation document will contain further information. The solicitation document will be issued approximately on 7 March 2002. CBD Numbered Note 22 Applies. No hard copy versions of the solicitation will be available.
