Description

NA Continuing Education Training Courses for Dental Assistants for FY02. Due 022602 POC Contract Specialist, Janell A. Davila (210) 221-3176, Contracting Officer, Raineye Holmes (210)221-3716. This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement with American Dental Assistants Association, 203 LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60601 for US Army Dental Command (DENCOM), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The requirement is for 4 continuing education courses, one each quarter with self-assessment test for 2000 individuals for a total of 5 years. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
