- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to sole source Radio Fire Alarm Monitoring System. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The R adio Fire Alarm system will be a part of the Construction Contract for the Aircraft Hydraulic/Pneudraulic Repair Facility at Hill AFB, Utah. The use of Monaco Radio Fire Alarm Monitoring system is a requirement for Hill Air Force Base. The tenant has pre viously procured and is currently utilizing Monaco system. The new Fire Alarm monitoring system must be the same as the existing Fire Alarm monitoring system in order to be connected with the existing system on the installation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. However, all proposals received within fifteen day (15) af ter date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
